We liked the excellent staff (especially at breakfast), the location, the coffee machine in the room, spacious room and bathroom. We would definitely return and we'd fully recommend this hotel!

A short walk from the centre of Stari Grad, which makes for a quieter stay. The staff was absolutely fabulous and friendly.

really comfortable and clean rooms. The staff was really polite. Food at the restaurant was also replay good. excellent Wi-Fi. nice bar at the rooftop. nice view from the room at the 6th floor.

The entire stay was delightful - the rooms' cleanliness was excellent, the mattresses and pillows very comfortable and the breakfast delicious and diverse enough not to bore on a long stay. All staff members were extremely professional and helpful in all our requests from transfers to eating out suggestions. A particular thank you to Samira in the bar/breakfast buffet who would brighten our days every morning.

Breakfast service was good. The staff was very nice. Also the staff at reception was also very nice especially the ladies. They were always smiling and welcoming.

The staff was very helpful, the hotel is well taken care of, very clean and well maintained The location is central to everythimg in Sarafevo. Walking dostance to the Stari Grad (old town), city center, etc. Amazing stay and would stay here again if I return to Sarajevo!!!

The view and the roof are nice. location is super central, even if not for old town access. Bar staff super nice on roof and downstairs.

Everything about this stay was amazing. The staffs were super helpful. Sameera from the restaurant was super sweet. The room was very well equipped with everything you will need. Location was perfect, 15 mins walk from the old town.
